Sliding fee scale is applicable at this stage, and credited to a signed contract. Stage 3: Contract When our contract is signed we move into our production phase. Stage 4: Comments Following your review of the preliminary proposal, we invite your comments, and should any changes be required, we will provide you with a final version for your approval.
